I know many of you may not get real excited about the idea of eating greens for breakfast. However, juicing your salad is a great way to easily consume a sizable portion of greens and other veggies without taking 30 minutes to chew it all up. Instead, let a juicer do all of the chewing for you! You still get almost all of the valuable nutrients from the ingredients and it tastes great.
In this recipe:
3/4 pounds Carrot
1 piece Ginger (to taste)
8 ounces Dark Leafy Greens (kale and swiss chard mix used)

*I inputted the whole foods into Cronometer. There is substantially less fiber in the juice and a small amount of vitamins and minerals are removed as well.
